great shots! & very good grasp of shooting angle, you can show the power feel of robots!
1 point to improve, if you are shooting with shallow view of depth, (& if you have no significant intention), the focus should be normally fall on the head. You can see the below pic the sharp point is on the breast.... just my 2 cents
& for you question, yes, I tend to use 廣角鏡 ultra wide & very low angle to exaggerate the gigantic feel :) u can try try too!
