對於版主的遭遇深表同情,

對於HT有點良心建議.
1,D模具開發真係唔多掂,搵多幾間試下啦.
2,看來注塑方面都搵多兩間啦,有D問題是啤得太快,溫度太高而起的.
3,結構方面都多d留意下,設計除左靚唔靚都要考量生產上會唔會難控制,強度是否足夠.
4,盲目的追求外觀,製造賣點而無視結構,生產難度,品質控制困難等問題,這只會導致成本不繼的上升,而又將成本問題直接轉給客人只會令客人的收貨要求更高,顧客層面又更少,於是產生問題又更多的惡性循環之中.
5,咁發展下去,你賣幾多都好,我相信好難有錢賺的...

Do you mean that a shop owner/CEO has the right to scold customers when they have a bad temper?!!!definitely not right? Being a CS should always control their own temper, even any kind of unpleasant stuff happens on him/ her any time!

We are too troublesome and picky in choosing the toys. Some of us are even too obsessive. They are only toys, they can't be perfect.

That's true, but he can set up rules like no change for parts other than damage or missing. Then nobody would complain. But they allow somebody to get exchange twice for the same problem like me but not allowing me to do so when CEO is there. Why??

Besides, should CEO express his anger on HK players on me? According to his selection criteria, probably some HK collectors are also not suitable for him too.


By the way, his website says nothing on exchange once

我唔敢講以後都唔訂 ht figure, 不過肯定會訂少d. 有時都會諗, howard不如搬埋總公司去日本啦, o個度d人少d complaint 嘛.

老實講, 一個兩個人complain就可能係"picky", 但依家10個有8個攞完都有問題, 咁應該唔係個別事件啦, 你估人人都好鍾意坐車出旺角? 好心真係花d時間做好d QC, 出多D好FIGURE啦~

呢個問題我完全了解,假假地10年前都叫做個呢行.
外國客有外國客的要求標準,同香港有唔同,外國客未必會投訴,但會唔買,話唔買就唔買,唔同香港有D唔嫁又嫁,嫁左又怨的.亦係我多少理解HT點解咁對香港客的原因.
所以我講的是一個惡性循環的開始,希望HT可以在這階段留意,建立一個品牌不易,但要之倒下卻一點不難呀!

也許 HT/ CEO的角度:
- 我造一百隻就一定賣得出一百隻, 港紙又係錢, 日元又係, 美金又係, 我點解要俾你問候, 俾人問候又收錢, 唔俾人問候又收錢, 我當然選後者。
- 你咪唔好買, 你杯我我又感覺唔倒, 只不過你心理上你打倒我, 對我冇影響, 錢照搵。
- 你話咩唱衰我, 咩 CS 唔好就趕客, 少人幫襯同埋你係我老細咩?? 唔好意思喎, 我間公司既 Marketing 同埋數簿唔係咁講喎~ 我肯定果一千元唔係你俾既話, 一定世上有另一個人俾~
- 你唔同我買只係你精神上既勝利, 同我冇關係, 但我插番你 (煩客) 轉頭我覺得好開心~
- QC 差? 你唔買大把人買~
- 臭朵? 未驚過喎, 人地 E 記咁都未死得, 我十隻臭一隻都仲有大把o係手。
- 覺得我咁做會執? 你一廂情願既諗法o者, 我驚都未驚過。
- 你有你選擇買唔買, 我都可以選擇唔賣, 你咬我食呀?

獨大, 可以是這樣, 俾我係 CEO, 怕乜俾說話你聽~

我係海外玩家，鬧都無用，邊個聽到，HT都費時采你地班香港友啦，何況海外。:38:
我地想要求高都無用，件貨如果唔係漏件，倒轉件，爛件之外，乜野條頸水口位，有指模，個盒巢角都照要，有d師兄仲彈（水口位大，有指模，個盒巢角）！
如果唔係就擺低換貨，快則兩個星期，慢則個幾月，你話可以點？一係唔買lor....:42:
