From what you said, the defects are indeed very minor and in most cases, HT would not refuse an exchange even for a small defect.

But a simple exchange escalate to a heated argument with the boss, obviously something in your conversations with him really ticked him off.......

I am not saying he is right but everybody has his bad day and behaves outside of his character......

I had been working as a sales-person for many years and I had seen my boss blew off once in a while too (twice in about 10 years) and she's been known for her "stability"........:47:

Normal version mask with an extra gold paint tear drop on the R. lower eyelid. This caused an uneven R. lower eye line.  I scratched it off but a hole was there now.:50:

BD mask with smaller L eye as compared to R eye due to the nearly absent black lines.
Extra black marks between the two eye brows. It can't be cleared with thinner. I needed to thicken those black lines in order to cover up the uneven black lines and extra black mark.
Luckily the paint did not melt.

尼個係我題外話, 以前由90至03年好多人都係日日諗搵錢,搵多D
而家就變左好多人都鐘意投訴抗議, 好似怒氣好重, 好似失去曬理智.
我地試下多D對住HT佢地笑, 笑多D, 人都開心D,
唔係下下一定要人地開始做, 由我地自己本身開始出發,
你笑佢唔笑唔緊要, 好多時小完政府都唔會變,
但我地由好既出發開始改變HT, 佛家都有話 有時蝕底少少唔怕, 最重要係善
