no need 500w lamp, but the same principle applies
the purpose of the lamp is to make background over-expose, if the光源打到主體, ur figure will be overexpose too

如果唔用500w燈!! 用閃光燈就一就光圈快門, 一樣可以做到同樣效果呢!! 重點係背景爆光!!!:71:
