Depending on individual's preference.  if you consider yourself as a collector of quality toy, Brave's version is the choice. However, if you are more faithful to classic design, then, Toynami/Aoshima's version is a good choice.  The main flaws of this Brave version are:

1) CMs neglected the unified version of this toy.  The attachment of Legioss with Tread is done with an awkward connecting arm.
2) Legioss's head is unmoveable.
