原本諗住清一清個倉，砌快手啲，噴多幾隻⋯⋯點知因為健康理由，醫生建議，短時間內唔好噴油，避免聞到揮發性顏料，所以停咗工幾個月，之後都只係素組加水筆滲線，另外砌下lego下年Volks IMS KOG期待中
上個月轉咗主診醫生，佢砌開AFV，佢介紹我用AV油，練習中

changed to acrylic paints 2 years before :78:,
after practice you will find not much difference from typical japanese brand's paints.
even has colorshift acrylic paints now.

          

           

          

          

     






passed LEGO couple years before, just gave all my LSW & modular buildings to friend...







素組加滲線.
then PG RX-78-2 ver.2 is suitable for you. :DD






yes, IMS-KOG (regular version) in next year.:)
just got FSS old books on boxing day.

I heard about acrylic paints would be easily scratched off, is that true?
Want to switch to acrylic paints for a while but never know which brand is good to invest in.

I tried Mr.Hobby Acrysion paint, they surely are very durable and not easy to get scratched off, but when it comes to airbrush-cleaning, it is very difficult. The paint almost keep sticking to it even after 5 times of raising and washing.

Any brand that you would recommend? :64:

yes, acrylic paints is no resistance for scratching:x.

spray topcoat may improve a little.
as compare, GAIA, AK's REAL paints have highest anti-scratch, but poison.:(

my comments:
AV, reasonable price, good opacity, some colors are too fluid;
GW, too expensive, good opacity, best to match its miniatures;
scale 75, reasonable price, low opacity;
MIG, haven't use;
AK 3rd gen, a little bit expensive, good opacity;
army paints, haven't use;
P3, haven't use;
etc.

haven't try any Japanese acrylic paints,
also, i only hand painting, can't answer air-brush issues. :78:

我之前用過雙星（好臭，無咁易甩）同Mr Hobby(無咁臭，易甩），兩種都要用天拿水開稀。
最近用AV油（Vallejo)，直接用水開油，無味。

用AV油真係好開心，無色無味，手油又易用，屋企人無投訴，水洗就攪掂。

對比以前用雙星做手油真係做到怕。。。

So I just realized that IMS-KOG is coming out from reading this post. Finally!

But when ygat2005 wrote "IMS-KOG (regular version)", does it mean another version has been announced, have a sample shown, or otherwise in the pipeline?

This KOG   (With bow) will be release in January. No buster launcher. And it’s not A-T version (爆頭). Wish they were in the pipeline.
