只野除左原本果兩個拳頭裝到，其他全部裝唔到，個窿根本唔夠大入關節。。有無CHing可以分享下點換手。。。。。。。。。

我建議用熱水浸, 我用風筒吹,吹到個窿D膠縮左, 依家左手手腕細左一圈, 手掌再也拿不出來
